Programmes for young people

These participatory and creative sessions work best with small groups, building up trust and learning across a minimum of three sessions.

I create programmes bespoke to the context and needs of each group of young people, often starting with a focus group session. My experiences is around relationships, sexuality and wellbeing education. We can focus on one area or a combination, for example:

  • Building self-esteem & confidence

  • Understanding and communicating emotions

  • Managing stress, anger, anxiety & overwhelm

  • Challenging stereotypes & discrimination

  • Unpacking gender norms & how they affects us

  • Developing values for healthy relationships

  • Communicating desires, boundaries and consent

  • Understanding bodies - the anatomy, menstrual cycle & sexual health
